Harsh Dubey
The Founder's Story
With a deep technical foundation in Computer Science and Engineering (B.Tech CSE from Amity University, M.Tech from Vikrant University), Harsh Dubey founded GenZz Tech to solve a persistent institutional failure: bloated, off-the-shelf software packages that lock clients into eternal subscriptions while offering fragile, rigid workflows.
Having served as a teaching faculty member and full-stack engineer developing enterprise university ERP architectures and public digital portals, Harsh experienced firsthand the frustrations of administrative staff, registrars, and accountants struggling with spreadsheets and fragmented SaaS tools.
At GenZz Tech, every system is engineered from the ground up on modern Python/Django architecture. Clients own their code, host on their terms, and work directly with engineers rather than sales reps.
Core Technical Proficiencies
Zero Per-Seat Licenses
Commercial vendors penalize you for growing by charging monthly per-student or per-staff fees. With GenZz Tech, you own your deployment forever.
100% Code Ownership
Upon project clearance, the entire Git repository, database migrations, and deployment keys are transferred into your hands.
Direct Engineering Access
No non-technical account managers playing telephone. You speak directly with the engineers designing your database and interfaces.
